In private practice working with individuals and couples, her focus is grief and loss, trauma, chronic illness, and relationship dynamics. She has extensive experience helping individuals find meaning, balance, and a sense of wholeness on their healing path. Having practiced meditation and mindfulness for 25 years, she integrates those skills into her practice.
